Shipping & Returns

Items normally ship within 48 business hours or less and normally arrive within 2-7 business days after the purchase date depending on carrier. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent to email provided by customer during checkout process. Safe Steps is NOT responsible for orders shipped to wrong address due to customer error. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the item has been marked as delivered by the postal service.
All orders that are shipped outside of the Continental U.S. are required by the US Government to go through customs. Customs can take anywhere from a few days, to a few weeks, to 90+ days depending on when you order your item. Holidays can get very busy, so please make sure you order with enough time, as there is nothing we can do once your item hits customs, and the process is dependent on how busy customs is when they receive it. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
*All oversea orders will be charged a customs fee which is the customer’s responsibility to pay, not Safe Steps.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

Safe Steps offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping to Safe Steps) Simply follow the instructions below:

  • Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Products eligible for return must be new, unaltered (with no clipped or cut edges) and contain all original product packaging. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
  • Contact Safe Steps (Returns) for a Return Materials Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization number or RMA Number. Indicate your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Submit a Support Ticket
  • Write your Return Materials Authorization number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid directly to Safe Steps. If the return or exchange is due to a Safe Steps error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Safe Steps Customer Support for Return Materials Authorization and instructions.
  • Returns are not allowed in exchange for inclusion of a promotional offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, we will make every effort to replace your item quickly and with ease. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Safe Steps within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Safe Steps will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
